VIDEO ANNOUNCEMENT + Social MEDIA REQUEST FORM
Our house is a bustling place where there is always something going on! Does your group or ministry have an item that you need to promote on Social Media or the weekly Video Announcements on Sundays? Here’s what you need to know.
Policies and requirements
There are a limited amount of posts for social media and spaces on the video announcements dedicated for each week. As mentioned, we have a very busy events calendar and we want all events to be successful! In this way, our communications team must navigate the best time, date and frequency for your submission. Please follow these guidelines for the best chance to have your item featured:
1) Not all submissions will be posted on the Video Announcements or via Social Media, however all submissions will be considered.
2) All design is developed in-office by our team of creatives, so there is no need for your to stress—we’re going to make you look great!
3) In order for you items to be considered for either the Video Announcements or social media for the week, you must have this form submitted no later than 4pm (close of business) on Monday morning. The items will them be submitted for approval at our team staff meetings first thing Tuesday morning. Video announcements are slated and rendered Tuesday afternoons and are then set for the upcoming Sunday.
4) Small Groups: We do not advertise for more than one small group event per week, and the event may only be published two weeks in a row to give everyone a fair chance to be featured. For best chance, consider submitting this form at least one month in advance to the event date so that we can make sure you have the most effective publishings possible.
5) If items are submitted in time for the week and we have space, you have a great chance to be featured! The staff reserves the right to deem what events are appropriate for promoting, being featured on the Video Announcements, or being posted on social media. Thank you for understanding.
