We believe that we have been placed here in coastal Georgia to Love Our Cities—in every sense of the word. We want to be salt and light in our work places, in our families, in our homes, and in every other avenue of our lives, making each day better and brighter for all those around us. We believe that we have the power to make a difference in peoples lives by showing kindness whenever we can and loving people right where they’re at. We have commissioned our church body to “Love Your City,” wherever that may be.

Our vision is simple: “Hear His Heart. Show His Love. See His Kingdom” We believe that every day, we have the opportunity to hear the heart of the Trinity in every moment. Are you listening? The little whispers that help to lead us into lives of compassion, caring and kindness for the world and people around us—that’s Kingdom. We want to build the Kingdom of God on earth in everyday ways. Once we hear his voice, we choose to act on it—that’s the “show his love” part. We are confident that even though life may be difficult, the love of Jesus will always help to bring life to every situation, and we get to be a part of that.

We believe the whole bible to be the completely true and inspired written word of God. We believe in one God existing eternally in three persons: the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe in Jesus and that he is the only Son of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin. Jesus was crucified, buried and raised to life again. He ascended to Heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father praying for us. One day, he will return. Through justification, regeneration and new birth, we are bought by faith through Christ. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, in speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, in divine healing, and in the power of communion.
